IF YOU HAVE MADE A DEPOSIT FOR A RETREAT AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO COME:
All retreat payments are non-refundable*
If we are notified at least 30 days before the retreat, you can transfer the deposit to a future retreat.
We strongly recommend all guests purchase flight and travel insurance to cover all contingencies and nonrefundable deposits and expenses.
If you need to cancel within 15 days of the start of the retreat you have registered for, we ask that you honor paying the full amount of your retreat, as at this point, it will be difficult for us to fill your space.
THERE IS NO REFUND IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL AND LEAVE DURING THE RETREAT:
Working with Plant Medicine can be challenging at times, but we trust that this may be the most transformative experience of your life. To gain the full benefit of our work, we require you to stay for the entire length of the retreat. Suppose you decide to leave for any reason we don’t offer any refund.
IF WE ARE FORCED TO CANCEL ANY PROGRAMS AS A RESULT OF THE PANDEMIC SITUATION, INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL OR DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMTANCES:
If we have to cancel or postpone a scheduled retreat workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (examples of such events are war, famine, political unrest, and/or “Acts of God”) all payments will be either transferred to personal credit to be used for a future program at a later date (with no expiration date), or you may move to a different program at that time.We understand planning can be complex throughout the pandemic. You can book with confidence thanks to our flexible booking policies*. Either reschedule your booking for free, have your deposit refunded, or help support us and take a voucher to re-book anytime. Unfortunately, due to the costs associated with scheduling retreats, refunds for deposits will only be available if your retreat is over 14 days away.
*Any refunds given will incur a USD 100.- administration fee.

Final installment: Due in cash when you arrive.
We offer you the option of paying a minimum 500 USD deposit of your program cost to confirm your reservation within the following 3 weeks to secure your reservation and can be paid through our PayPal account, Western Union or Ria. The remaining of the total retreat cost will then be requested in cash when you arrive.
